About Sync Up:

Sync Up is a program of the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation, the nonprofit that owns the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival presented by Shell. The Jazz & Heritage Foundation uses the proceeds from Jazz Fest, and other raised funds, for year-round programs in education, economic development, and cultural enrichment. For more about the work at the Jazz & Heritage Foundation, please see www.jazzandheritage.org.

About the Branding to Booking series:

Branding to Booking, a three-part Sync Up panel series created in collaboration by the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation and Them People Productions, is for new, upcoming, and evolving New Orleans artists who want to take advantage of New Orleans' thriving festival and entertainment economy to build sustainable careers. On October 4, October 11, and October 18, 2023, Them People Productions will bring four booking agents, talent buyers, venue owners, and promoters together to share their perspective on what it takes to consistently earn bookings at venues, festivals, and private events around the city. Each panel discussion will also end with open networking and discussion, giving attendees ample opportunity to ask specific questions, make new connections, and leave feeling more ready than ever to book the gigs they deserve.
