It's a good year for Louisiana Grammy nominations! Congratulations to all the artists with Louisiana ties and fingers crossed for y'all to win! The 62nd GRAMMY Awards will air January 26, 2020, on CBS.

PJ Morton has three nominations for Best R&B Album, Best Traditional R&B Performance, and Best R&B Song. Tank and the Bangas are nominated for Best New Artist. Rebirth Brass Band is nominated for Best Regional Roots Music Album for Recorded Live at the 2019 New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival. The Branford Marsalis Quartet is nominated for Best Jazz Instrumental Album and Branford also has an individual nomination for Best Improved Jazz Solo. Ellen DeGeneres is nominated for Best Comedy Album. Wynton Marsalis has a nomination for his work with the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra for Una Noche Con Ruben Blades. Lettuce and Christian Scott aTunde Adjuah are both nominated for Best Contemporary Instrumental Album. Recent winner Bobby Rush is nominated again for Best Traditional Blues Album with Sitting On Top Of The BluesCyrille Aimée is nominated for Best Arrangement, Instrument and Vocals. Lucky Daye is up for Best R&B Performance, Best R&B Song for 'Roll Some Mo,' Best Traditional R&B Performance for 'Real Games,' and Best R&B Album for his debut album, Painted
