Written and directed by Danielle Small, the 2022 edition of Waterworld is a hilarious live interactive musical theater experience, set in a gorgeous swimming pool, adapted from the 1995 post-apocalyptic cult favorite/flop movie Waterworld and features synchronized swimming, a lot of post-apocalyptic drama, along with projections and original music by Ratty Scurvics. The cast stars New Orleans musical talent, Meschiya Lake as Kevin Costner, Danielle Small as Jeanne Tripplehorn, Jade Thanars as Nola, Woo as Dennis Hopper, Stoo Odom as the Monsterfish and Sunshine Edae as the Narrator.
