The New Orleans Concert Band (NOCB) will be performing their annual holiday concert on Sunday, December 9 at the UNO Performing Arts Center's Recital Hall.  The free concert, which will benefit Second Harvest Food Bank, begins at 2:00 p.m. and is open to the public. Guests are encouraged to bring a non-perishable canned good with them to the performance to benefit Second Harvest Food Bank of Greater New Orleans.  

The NOCB will perform a variety of holiday classics to celebrate the season. Some highlights include Leroy Anderson’s “A Christmas Festival” and "Sleigh Ride," as well as Herbert's "March of the Toys" and "A Chanuka Celebration" arranged by David Bobrowitz.
