United Houma Nation Powwow is June 15th and 16th in Houma, La at the Civic Center located at 346 Civic Center Blvd..

Admission is free and the family-friendly event is open to the public.

There will be Naive American dance demonstration and competition, as well as Native American art and food for sale.

Doors open at 10:00 am both days with the Grand Entry scheduled for noon.

This is our 12th Annual Powwow to raise awareness of the contributions individuals with disabilities make to our communities, especially in the workplace.
