I am shocked and saddened by the death of Antoinette K-Doe on Mardi Gras Day. I can't say that I knew her nearly as well as others who will post in various places. I first met her three years ago when I had her as a guest on my show. And last month, it was at the Mother-In-Law lounge that I chose to watch the historic inauguration of President Barack Obama. Her spirit was magic to anyone who came in contact with her, and she-of course-will be missed.

She was so nice to me every time I came into the Mother In Law Lounge... and she was always eager to feed me. That woman could COOK. I hope she and Ernie live forever together in the stars, as well as in our hearts and minds. She touched people in a very deep level... and added some much needed love to the world.
