Eric Lindell

Eric Lindell is a Bay Area, California resident and blue-eyed soul guitarist who is an honorary New Orleanian after spending a few years in the Crescent City and embedding himself in the local blues scene. He is an internationally-respected blues artist, and performs with a Who’s Who of both blues luminaries and New Orleans musicians. He’s recorded and performed with the likes of Stanton Moore of Galactic, Ivan Neville, Harold Brown (of War), bassist Cas Faulconer, and the late keyboardist Marc Adams, and continues to play with Moore in a side project called Dragon Smoke.  Noted singles include “Lay Back Down,” which was used in the TV shows “True Blood” and “Friday Night Lights,” “If Love Can’t Find a Way,” and the Gulf South anthem, “Queen of Louisiana.”
