It’s a Pause…Not a Period (IPNP) invites women in the Tri-Parish area to join us for an educational and supportive conversation about perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause.

Attendees will have an opportunity to learn more about the menopause transition, discuss common and often-overlooked symptoms, ask questions, share experiences, and connect with other women in a welcoming environment.
