This Saturday at 7pm CT, musicians help musicians during a streaming concert benefitting the Lake Charles Musician Relief Fund. Scheduled performers include Zachary Richard, Sonny Landreth, Sean Ardoin, Jourdan Thibodeaux, Cedric Watson, Joel Savoy, Ronnie Fruge, Yvette Landry & Richard Comeaux, Corey Ledet, Feufollet Trio, Beau Thomas, Dudley Fruge, Sam Broussard & Barry Jean Ancelet, Roddie Romero, Julie Williams & Kelli Jones, and David Torkanowsky.

The Lake Charles Music Relief Fund was created in the wake of Hurricane Laura to aid working musicians in southwest Louisiana who were severely impacted by the storm. 100% of the proceeds will be distributed to Lake Charles area musicians. The process will be vetted to target professional working musicians with storm realted loss. The fund is administered by the Southwest Louisiana Impact Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization. The impacts of Hurricane Laura were great in the region, and have received little national attention. Please help keep the music alive in this part of Louisiana!

You can watch the stream on Zachary Richard's Facebook page at this link.
