1) Don't Stop The Music! WWOZ's Spring Drive is here and we've got a ton of great live, local music coming through our studio March 13-23. Tune in to our video stream and turn on your radio on! And, of course-- support your New Orleans community radio station by becoming a member today. 

2) St. Joseph's Night is on Monday. Get all the details and hear our interviews with 9th Ward Black Hatchets Big Chief Dowee and Wildman Chuck, plus Big Chief Brian Harrison of the Guardians of the Flame Maroon Society at Takin' It to The StreetsSingle Men Social Aid & Pleasure Club will also be stepping out for their annual second line parade on Sunday. 

3) St. Patrick's Day parades are here! The Irish Channel St. Patrick's Day Parade rolls Saturday at 1:30p and Molly's at the Market's annual parade happens Saturday starting at 6p through the Bywater, Marigny, and French Quarter. If you'd rather get out of town, Lafayette is hosting the Celtic Bayou Festival on Friday and Saturday. And, of course, remember to listen to WWOZ's Music in the Glen with host Sharon Armstrong on Saturday morning, 10-11:30a, before you head out to any of these events! 

4) We'll be video streaming from Sync Up: Band Websites panel discussion at the Jazz & Heritage Center on Wednesday, March 21 from 5:30-7:30p. This event is free to attend. If you can't attend, our video stream will be happening on our website and on Facebook. Topics include: What makes a good band website? Which template services are the best? How much should you spend?

5) YLC Wednesdays at the Square is back! This week's performers are Walter "Wolfman" Washington and Johnny Sketch & the Dirty Notes on Wednesday, March 21 from 5:30-8:30p. Check out the full season lineup here.
