Peychaud’s is an intimate cocktail bar in New Orleans located inside The Celestine. It pays homage to New Orleans’ rich cocktail heritage, particularly that which is founded upon Peychaud’s Bitters. Named after 19th-century apothecary Antoine Amédée Peychaud, creator of the iconic bitters who raised his family in these very rooms, the bar blends New Orleans’ unique history with a sense of 21st century hospitality.
