This new video from the Heart Attacks pays respect to the late Travis "Trumpet Black" Hill and his life, music, and work in Treme. It was produced with support from WWOZ and the New Orleans Video Access Center (NOVAC). Check out the sneak peek into our studio with DJ Nita K in it!

The video for 'Living The Good Life' is a loving tribute to the trumpeter who was on his way up and supported the young people in his community through the "Trumpets NOT Guns" organization. Hill passed away in May 2015 after an infection set in following a routine dental procedure. The infection reached his heart while he was on tour in Japan.
