This week on Takin' It To The Streets, Action Jackson sits down with Spy Boy Charlie Tenner of Comanche Hunters. Spy Boy Charlie shares the differences between the Indians masking now and those "back in the day," who often had weapons as part of their suits, the job of a Spy Boy, and the situation amongst the Black Indians of Mardi Gras in the Lower 9th Ward today. They also touch on what happens the week of Mardi Gras-- the tensions at the practice that last Sunday before Mardi Gras, the combination of downtown tribes as they head uptown to face the Uptown tribes, and much more.
