Students from the Red Wolf Brass Band stopped by WWOZ for the latest edition of our "Cuttin' Class" broadcast.

Members of the Red Wolf Brass Band include Shane Carter (trumpet), Herb (tuba), Jamal Peck (trumpet), Oscar Perez (flute), Davionne Turner (trombone), Shawn Carter (trombone), Michael Hamilton (snare), and Carlos Pernilla (bass drum). The band is directed by Desmond Venable.

 

The Red Wolf Brass Band from Riverdale Middle School in Old Jefferson performed at French Quarter Fest in 2012.
