In a special edition of this week’s program we meet up with some of the chefs, cooks and other culinary caretakers in the city. Tee Eva fills us in on some recipes including fried grits, chef Susan Spicer shares her influences from cooking at Bayona, and Benjamin Wicks of Mahoney’s Po-Boy Shop disarms us with the Peacemaker Po-Boy.

For the music, we serve up “Red Beans” by Snooks Eaglin, “All My Eggs in One Basket” by the Pfister Sisters and “Butter Sauce” by Groovesect. Sit back, stay tuned, and enjoy a 4-year culinary retrospective.
