This week, to get our Carnival appetites going, we are airing an encore presentation of "Food, Food, and More Food!" We highlight the amazing cuisine of the Crescent City all while enjoying music about food, too. So, bring open ears and an appetite! Our dishes include Holly’s Tamales and Shrimp and Grits. And especially for Lundi Gras (the day before Fat Tuesday), we offer a New Orleans Monday tradition: Red Beans, featuring a recipe by the fabulous Tee Eva. With music by Snooks Eaglin, the Pfister SistersSoul Project, and much more.
