For the ultimate Sunday-Fun-Day in the Big Easy, locals and visitors alike are invited to Made in Louisiana – a festival showcasing food, beverages and culinary products made in the Pelican state – at the Southern Food & Beverage Museum (SoFAB). On Sunday, June 3, 2018, foodie movers and shakers (made up of over 45 purveyors) will serve innovative culinary creations, beverages and products including: craft beers • snacks • andouille • breads • kombucha • absinthe • salsa • oils • rum • spice mixes • boudin • Cajun caviar • jams • sauces • coffees • pies • gelato • vodkas • organic cocktail syrups • honey • gin • bitters • sourdough breads • ice cream • tasso • Meyer lemon vinaigrette • fig preserves • cupcakes • hummus • pickles • pecans • pepper jelly • snoballs • kale chips • wild boar sausage • AND MORE!
