SoFAB PRESENTS 3rd ANNUAL CIRQUE de CUISINE: A KITCHEN TOUR

The Southern Food & Beverage Museum (SoFAB) will present the third annual Cirque de Cuisine: A Kitchen Tour, on Sunday, October 8, 2017 from 1PM – 5PM, taking place at ten historic and beautiful private homes in the French Quarter. Guests will stroll at their leisure and enjoy a behind-the-scenes view of these historical and beautiful homes, while enjoying small tastes of signature dishes from some of the city’s most acclaimed Chefs, paired with a cocktail, wine, beer or soft drink. Restaurants include Toups South, Maypop, Broussard’s, Two Girls One Shuck, Opal Basil, Briquette, Somehow Stokehold, WJ Smokehouse, EAT and more. Wine, beer and beverages will be provided by Faubourg Wines, Kobrand, Port Orleans Brewery, Fleur de LA Imports, Sonoma-Cutrer, Spirit Wines, Nola Brewing, CoolBrew, Swamp Pop, Boston Beer and Republic National. Guests are also invited to stop in at Lucullus Culinary Antiques, where Patrick’s Bar Vin will be pouring champagne in the courtyard. Cirque de Cuisine will take place on Sunday, October 8, 2017 from 1PM – 5PM and will begin at the Bourbon Orleans Hotel of The New Orleans Hotel Collection at 717 Orleans Street where guests will receive a wristband and map. Tickets are $65 at the door, $55 in advance and $45 for SoFAB Members, and can be purchased at https://natfab.org/events/cirque-de-cuisine-2017 .
