Nikki Caruso will present a talk on the First Century of the New Orleans Fire Department and Its German Influences for the Deutsches Haus Kulturabend on Tuesday, February 7, 2023, at 7:00 PM. She show how the Fire Department grew from an all volunteer to a paid, trained professional department. The Haus is located at 1700 Moss St., New Orleans, LA 70119 with ample parking in the rear of the building.
Food and drink service is available from 4:00 – 10:00 PM.
This talk is free and open to the public.
