GiveNOLA Day is our community’s 24-hour event that inspires supporters around the world to give to the organizations they love.

Are you one of the 700+ local nonprofits planning to participate in GiveNOLA Day this year?  Are you looking for ways to improve on your success from last year? Are you joining for the very first time?

This seven week boot camp will help your organization make the very most of this amazing fundraising opportunity. Through a series of three group sessions, three individual sessions, and a lagniappe study hall, your nonprofit can learn some of the best tools and tricks possible to raise money on GiveNOLA Day 2019!

The Details:

Who can participate: Up to 4 people per organization (including staff, board members, and volunteers). Please include the names when you register.

Cost: $450 for group sessions and study hall only; $650 for group sessions and study hall plus individual sessions

When:

Three group sessions from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 2, Tuesday, April 16 and Tuesday, May 14

Lagniappe study hall from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30

Three one-hour individual sessions scheduled independently during the week of April 8- 12, April 22-26, and May 20-24 (to be scheduled after registration)

A few more details....

The registration covers all costs for up to four participants from your organization.  There is an option to sign up for the three group sessions and the lagniappe study hall only, and an option for the three group sessions, the lagniappe study hall, and three individual sessions with your team.

Group Session #1 (April 2) covers preparation for GiveNOLA Day, with a focus on establishing one cultivation touch to complete in the weeks leading up to May 7.

Group Session #2 (April 16) covers ways to make your GiveNOLA Day asks successful, focusing on engaging your organization's ambassadors and friends in spreading the word for you, and on thanking every donor effectively.

Lagniappe Study Hall (April 30) is a chance for your team to meet and work together on your last-minute GiveNOLA Day preparations.

Group Session #3 (May 14) covers meaningful follow-up with all of your GiveNOLA Day 2019 donors to help increase retention for next year, including creating one powerful update to share with your supporters.

If you sign up for the individual sessions, your team and The Funding Seed will also meet for a one-hour session on the "off weeks" to help solidify the plans that you start working on during the group sessions.

As you can see from the schedule, the GiveNOLA Day Boot Camp is designed to help you create and execute your plan in real time.  It's all built on demonstrated strategies for success.
