Soul Stay New Orleans Grand Opening

Saturday, August 18, 2018 - 6:15pm
Soul Stay
2007 Orleans Avenue
New Orleans, LA 70119
On Saturday August 18th, artist and native daughter Myesha Francis – whose work Red Beans and Rice Fleur de Lis is part of the permanent collection at the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture – is launching a new concept that combines art, meditation, and overnight relaxation with access to everything that makes the Tremé the soul of New Orleans. Soul Stay New Orleans is a boutique B&B and gallery that offers visitors the unique opportunity to relax their minds while feeding their souls with meditation, painting sessions, and one-on-one guided "Soulservations" to soothe the spirit. According to Myesha Francis, "In a city like ours, with so much sound and so much movement, it can be hard to find a moment of peace. We created Soul Stay New Orleans to give people an authentic opportunity to relax and connect with themselves." Music, neighbors, and a good Saturday night vibe. Come check out the new place in the neighborhood!

This space is beautiful, they call it a 'meditation house'. Not just for guests, but for the neighborhood.
