20th ANNUAL JAZZ & HERITAGE GALA Fabulous Evening Supports the Heritage School of Music Great Auction Items - In Person or Online There are only a few tickets left for the 20th annual Jazz & Heritage Gala, the yearly fundraiser for our free education program, the Heritage School of Music. The Jazz & Heritage Gala is the soirée to kick off Jazz Fest. It’s a black tie event with a fabulous dinner and dancing to the sounds of great New Orleans music. Gala tickets not only support our Heritage School of music - they also come with a seven-day pass (with unlimited re-entry) to the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival presented by Shell. This year’s event takes place Thursday, April 26, starting at 7 p.m., at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans Hotel. It features an all-star tribute to Fats Domino with Troy “Trombone Shorty” Andrews, Irma Thomas, Deacon John, Davell Crawford, Al “lil fats” Jackson and the Fats Domino Orchestra. Grammy-winning artist PJ Morton also will perform, as will DJ Soul Sister. Tickets are $550 each (or $5,500 for a table of 10). They’re almost sold out, so order today here.
