Hi,
If you would like to see Armstrong Park reopen, please sign this petition I created:

Several months ago, my clock radio (set to WWOZ, naturally) woke me up with an upbeat, catchy and hilarious song about wine. The bits I can remember have been stuck in my head ever since, but I don't know the title or the band, and I can't find any info on it by searching online. I also don't remember the day or even the month I heard it, so going back through the playlists won't really help.

Libras are creative and imaginative justifiers,
intuitive knowledge seekers who are also
quite entertaining and, very good in bed.
While I like all music, I was under the impression that WWOZ concentrated on the music of the Gulf Coast, New Orleans and Louisiana. Recently I have noticed that during the afternoon show the play list slips into blue grass/country. WHY??? I am not against blue grass or country, but there are stations for that.
Suburban chic no longer means just a white picket fence – numerous hipster parents are bringing “cool” back to parenthood, complete with a minivan rap song.
