Although Jazz Fest has come and gone, there are hundreds of people from all over the world talking about this year's fest and many already gearing up for next year's.
But one group in particular, the Threadheads, have done more than just talk about the music scene in New Orleans. The Threadheads had a fundraising party where they raised $20,000 for the New Orleans Musicians Clinic.
John Boutté and Paul Sanchez played an acoustic set at the party, which led to their recent record releases. John Boutté tells the story of how it all happened.
Each Street Talk report is typically 5 minutes long.
And it's all done because we just love the music and the musicians that play it for all of us. Once we all realized that help was needed, it was a no brainer.
