This is from an album of gospel songs made famous by New Orleans own Mahalia Jackson. and recorded by New Orleanian vocalist Tricia Boutte (singer John Boutte' neice) with her wonderful, New Orleans style, Norwegian collaborators. It was recorded live, at historic St. Augustine Catholic Church in the Faubourg Treme of New Orleans.
