We return from our Mardi Gras break to some music by saxophonist Rebecca Barry and drummer/vibraphonist Jason Marsalis, recorded live by WWOZ at Snug Harbor Jazz Bistro in New Orleans.

Later in the program, Andy Antippas - owner of Barrister's Gallery of ethnographic and folk art - talks about another important jazz venue, Preservation Hall. We'll also satisfy our appetite, as writer Lee Barclay tells us the story of her favorite corner grocery store, Terranova's Grocery, known for its Italian sausage.
