On today's show, we check out Otra, an Afro-Cuban Jazz band based in New Orleans, recorded live at the 2008 French Quarter Festival. Along the way, we'll check out Project 30 90, New Orleans' first Green Sustainable Music and Arts Festival coming up in early September.
