On this week’s program we combine Cajun and Zydeco music with a visit to Boudin and Beer, an event where 50 chefs from Louisiana and beyond prepare this Cajun specialty sausage of ground meat, pork and rice.

During the program, we profile four different chefs and their approach to the sausage.
