WWOZ broadcasts a special benefit concert hosted by the Friends of New Orleans, live from the First Avenue nightclub in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The  fundraiser will showcase the best of New Orleans culture in bid to gain non-partisan support for rebuilding the Gulf Coast, while honoring organizations and individuals who have played an important part in New Orleans' recovery.
