The Outreach Krewe will be uptown at the Arts Market of New Orleans at Palmer Park on Saturday, February 26 from 10am - 4pm.
The Outreach Krewe comes out regularly to community events throughout the New Orleans area, to meet and greet 'OZilians, fans and friends. The Krewe is always ready to answer questions, help folks out with getting or renewing memberships, signing up to volunteer, and of course, Brass Passes! If you're not convinced, there'll also be a drawing for one of our awesome 'OZ outdoor flags.
Presented by the Arts Council of New Orleans, the Arts Market is an open air festival of creativity held the last Saturday of every month in Palmer Park (located where South Claiborne and South Carrollton Avenues meet). The Arts Market of New Orleans is a free event featuring local artists, live music showcasing New Orleans unique musical heritage, and a Kids Tent with children's performance and crafts. The Wild Tchoupitoulas Mardi Gras Indians, J.Monque’D Blues Band & the Creole Wild West Mardi Gras Indians will be performing for this special Mardi Gras themed market.
Have a question about 'OZ? Are you a community group looking for resources? A musician that wants to play on air? Come by the booth on Saturday to talk to the Outreach Krewe or contact Eliza at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling (504) 568-1239.
