Jazz Musicians gather to support New Orleans Inner City YouthThrough fundraising efforts.
On Saturday, April 05, 2014 world renowned musicians Kermit Ruffin & The Bar-B-Q Swingers are scheduled to take the stage along with Neshia Ruffins & Friends. Each band is scheduled to take the stage for 1 set each, with each set lasting for 1 hour. The band will play back-to-back performances Saturday night at Kermit Ruffins’ Mother –n- Laws Jazz Club located at 1500 North Claiborne Ave. to raise money for The Loft Nonprofit Organization Summer and Academic Year Programming. The entire night will include music, food and non-alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages will be available for an additional cost.
