Hey y'all

My name is Marian; and I used to live in New Orleans

I was back there 2 years ago; and had the true pleasure of being at the Jazz Fest almost all days.

Now I am LUCKY to get streaming radio on my PC
and I listen to WWOZ almost every day

Not like being there though

Do you know what it means to miss New Orleans?

I AM DIGGING IT; you better believe it!
Especially listening to you guys talkin the Nawlins "accent"............there is nothing like it.

I'll have a nice glass of "bubly"; put the stream on; imagine myself on the St.Charles Streetcar
Or at the Chartroom in the French Quarter; where I used to run into Ruthie "the Duck Lady"
And I am back!!!

One of your DJ's put the sound of the first birds in early morning on air a few weeks ago; I thought that was magic!
