Does anyone know about any events planned to celebrate Danny Barker's 100th birthday anniversary?

Danny Barker centennial

There is the Danny Barker festival in the French Market during the second week in January. I'm about to start on a 10 part series of radio pieces on Barker.

Haven't heard from any of the festivals, but I can't see the French Quarter Fest and the Satchmofest not doing something.

I'm glad to hear that the French Market people are going to do the festival in Danny Barker's honor again. I enjoyed it last year.

I'm also eager to hear your 10-part series of radio pieces about Danny Barker. Will the pieces be interspersed throughout certain days?
