Why is OZ just soooo smooth?

I ask, why is it that some stations manage so easily to be so smooth? OZ gently floats layers of gentleness and grace upon our lives as a Cabbage Moth lays eggs upon the brassica leaf; such is the symbiosis.

Easy to be me

As that song lyric says, it is very easy for me to come to OZ and play the music that I enjoy. If I had to come in each week and play the music that someone elase said that I have to play that would be very difficult and "like work". Since I ply what flows from my feeling for the blues, it just comes easy.
