7th Ward Festival May 8-10

Come to the 4th annual 7th Ward Festival, hosted by the Porch 7th Ward Cultural Organization and the Original Big 7 Social Aid and Pleasure Club, May 8-10! Corner of Urquhart and Pauger Street. Friday the 8th will be an evening of Gospel from 3-10pm, featuring the Big 7 Brass Band, Collins Coach Lewis, the Divinity Singers, Marlyn Barberain, and more. Saturday the 9th from 3-10pm we'll have food, drinks, and performances by the Big 7 Brass Band, Zazou City, Joe Landry and the Honey Drippers, Stooges Brass Band, and Mardi Gras Indians. Sunday the 10th will be the Original Big 7 Social Aid and Pleasure Club's 13th Annual Mother's Day Second Line! The parade starts at 1. All events are free and open to the public! All are welcome!
