2008 New Orleans Po-Boy Preservation Festival

My mouth has already started watering for a couple of po-boys for the PBPF which is Nov 23. I'm curious, what kind of po-boy must you have and who is your favorite purveyor of po-boys?

Amanda Shaw has been inked for the event! We are wrapping up our final 7 bands.

2 BIG stages. Check out www.poboyfest.com ,you will definitely
see some of the bands that will be back. Will keep you posted. It should be a wrap in the next couple weeks
