Franklin Avenue Underpass Jazz Band with Dr. Guitar and Special Guests + Hot 8 Brass Band

Lower Mid-City residents and supporters will spend Saturday celebrating the life and 80th birthday of Wally Thurman. The 200 block of S. Tonti (between Cleveland and Palmyra) will be blocked off, decorated, and play host to a party from 6pm - 9pm on Saturday, November 21st.

Live music, featuring the Franklin Avenue Underpass Jazz Band with Dr. Guitar and special guests, will play and The Outer Banks bar will set up an outdoor bar and grill and sell food and drink.
