St. Cletus Elementary School

As the holiday season approaches, school choirs from across the Metro New Orleans area have once again been invited to perform in the Main Lobby of the Royal Sonesta Hotel in the heart of the French Quarter.  The choirs are a tradition at the Royal Sonesta, which is adorned in holiday finery for the season.  Visitors to the hotel as well as our staff members appreciate and enjoy the performances, which are scheduled every weekday from 12:00 to 12:30 p.m. beginning December 1st though the 23rd.  All performances are free and open to the public.

The Royal Sonesta Hotel brings the spirit of Christmas to life with an array of festive events including a special holiday kickoff celebration, The Lighting of the Balconies on Tuesday, December 2 at 6:30 p.m., Holiday Brunches at Begue's Restaurant, and the popular Royal Teddy Bear Teas on December 13-14 and December 17-23 with seatings at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.  During the month long celebration, the hotel is transformed into a Royal Winter Wonderland and special Papa Noel Rates can be enjoyed .
