Internationally renowned experts in sarcoidosis provide an opportunity for patients and family members to learn and discuss questions about sarcoidosis research, treatment options and clinical care. The patient conference will be held in two-parts. Both parts address patient knowledge of sarcoidosis from different angles. The morning session provides background knowledge on sarcoidosis for patients and family members to gain a deeper understanding of its various manifestations. This section will be attended by clinicians also; and accommodate mixed levels of learning. The afternoon session is dedicated to patient-centered concerns.
