The New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation presents a special collaboration of two of New Orleans' most popular jazz artists: the singer John Boutte and the drummer Shannon Powell. They will perform with their own bands and together in a concert at the George and Joyce Wein Jazz & Heritage Center on Friday, Feb. 26. The concert begins with John Boutte and his band performing at 8 p.m. Shannon Powell and his band then will take the stage starting at 9 p.m. Finally, Shannon and John will share the stage for a set starting at 10 p.m.
