One World Family is a nonprofit working to provide education and basic health care access to Burmese refugees. This cause is one that Mark Lamaire, owner of Lahpet Burmese Pop-up restaurant, and regular traveler to Myanmar has long advocated for. I've admired his commitment to that cause, and it was a no brainer that he be the first call for a beneficiary.

Andrew Duhon & bassist, Myles Weeks will provide two short sets of music
The Drinks:
Urban South Brewery provides beer!
Jameson Irish Whiskey provides cocktails
Open bar until supplies run out!
The Food:
Lahpet Burmese Pop-up restaurant will be serving a couple delicious small plates. Mark Lamaire, chef and owner will also be in the building to a brief run-down of his experiences in traveling to Myanmar, what the latest is these days, and how One World Family is moving the needle for the better in the region.
