Patio Planters of the Vieux Carré announces the following upcoming event:

White Elephant Sale & Auction – Saturday, November 11, 2017
Auction, Yard Sale, and Raffle — something for everyone!  Some of the best French Quarter shops, restaurants, hotels, and art galleries donate gift certificates and specialty items for this event.

Yard sale items include jewelry, books, designer clothing and handbags, plants, housewares and more.

Take a chance on “baskets of cheer” filled with libations, nibbles and other fun goodies!

Admission is free and open to the public.

Gates open at 10:00 a.m. for the sale, auction begins at noon.

This event takes place at Homer A. Plessy School – the corner of Royal and St. Philip Streets

(721 St. Philip Street).

The White Elephant Sale & Auction is the primary fundraiser for Caroling in Jackson Square, a New Orleans holiday tradition since 1946.  For over 40 years, Caroling in Jackson Square has been hosted and sponsored by Patio Planters so that it can remain free and open to the public.
