Demonstration against District Attorney Leon Cannizzaro In front of New Orleans Criminal District Court at Tulane Avenue and Broad Street there will be a political demonstration against District Attorney Leon Cannizzaro. At this demonstration, feminist icon and folk superstar Ani diFranco will perform. The demonstration has been called to demand: (1) the investigation and sanction of District Attorney Leon Cannizzaro for ethical breaches (2) real victim rights and better victim treatment (3) an end to broken community trust (4) an end to the lack of transparency
