Lecture: Tim Wise - Anti-Racist Activist, Educator, and Writer

Tim Wise is among the most prominent anti-racism educators in the US. Named one of “25 Visionaries Who are Changing Your World” by 'Utne Reader', Wise graduated from Tulane in 1990, and has since written several books and contributed to discussions about race on CNN and hundreds of TV and radio programs. He is featured in the documentary 'Vocabulary of Change,' alongside legendary activist, Angela Davis. His new film, 'White Like Me,' explores racism through the lens of white privilege, and features 'The New Jim Crow' author Michelle Alexander.
