Brewstock Presents - All-grain Brewing Demonstration*
Maybe you've brewed beer using malt extracts before but what if you want to use only fresh grains for your beer? In this demonstration we will show you how to manage mashing (steeping) large amounts of grain using a cooler mash tun. We'll discuss various techniques and the principals behind single infusion mash, step mashing, and sparging to produce a proper wart and maximize efficiency. Then we'll continue on to the boil and hop it up and prepare the wort to be fermented. Happy brewing everyone!
