Slow Food New Orleans is hosting NYC’s Moscow 57 for a Lenten Fish Fry at Grow Dat Youth Farm in City Park on Friday, March 8th from 7pm-10pm. Proceeds will benefit Slow Food New Orleans. Admission to the event is $5 and free to Slow Food New Orleans members. Food and drink tickets will be sold for $5 each. Guests may join Slow Food for $25 and receive free admission and a $5 food ticket.
Menu choices will include: a Fresh Garden Salad from Café Hope. Chef/Nutritionist Gary Granata of Slow Food New Orleans serving Fried Des Allemandes Catfish and vegetarian Gumbo Z' Herbes. Moscow 57 Executive Chef Seth Goldman's Pistachio Shrimp Kebabs, Vegetable Kebabs and Local Catch Kebabs and M57 Sour Cherry Rice. La Divina Gelateria will provide Artisan Gelato and Sorbetto.
