Parkways Annual Tree and Plant Sale

The 2013 Tree and Plant Sale is a collaborative effort of the Department of Parks and Parkways and Parkway Partners, with lots of hands-on advice.

Dan Gill is the featured speaker at 10 a.m. with the workshop, “Flowering Trees of New Orleans”. Gill describes this as the best sale of the year.

Urban foresters, landscape architects and horticulturists will guide participants in selections. Pictures of your horticultural challenges are encouraged.

Favorite New Orleans plants, trees, flowering shrubs, perennials, hanging baskets, roses and citrus trees from local nurseries will be available for sale.
