Streetcar Stories documentary screening

Hop aboard for the screening of "Streetcar Stories" and join us in celebrating the opening of the new Loyola streetcar line. This award-winning documentary follows the tracks that have woven together the everyday lives of New Orleanians. Including stories by jazz legends Danny and Blue Lu Barker, authors Tom Dent and Andrei Codrescu, and narrated by entertainer Philip Melancon, this broadcast documentary made with support from LEH and WYES-TV will also highlight a slide show of previously unpublished historic images.
Doors open at 5:00 pm. Screening and Q&A at 6:00pm to 7:30pm.
Free to the public.
