DATE
Tue, Dec 11, 2012
TIME
12:00pm - 1:00pm

CASA New Orleans (Court Appointed Special Advocates) is an agency that advocates on behalf of children (birth to 18+) who have been judged victims of abuse and/or neglect. A CASA volunteer offers a child trust and advocacy during complex legal proceedings. Interacting and explaining to the child what is going on, the CASA may be the only stable and continuous presence in his/her life.

Interested in learning more about becoming one of these amazing people? Come out to one of our information orientations:
Dec. 11th from noon-1PM,
Jan. 3rd from noon-1 PM,
OR Jan. 3rd from 5:30-6:30 PM

All of our orientations are located at our office– 1340 Poydras St. NOLA 70112 – in our conference room on the 21st floor.

The duties carried out by a CASA are extremely important. No special education or skills are required. We provide thorough training and continual support.
