To kick-off oyster season, RioMar will host a one night only oyster dinner featuring P&J oysters prepared five different ways on the evening of November 1.
The meal begins with a raw bar showcasing house-made hot sauces and mignonette. The second course follows with fried oysters atop sweet potato noqui, basil and valdeon. The third dish named ‘Diablos Caballeros’ features a jamon Serrano, spicy tomato sauce with saffron. Fourth are baked oysters with oloroso cream, foraged mushrooms and kale. Finally, the fifth course features char-grilled oysters with andouille-artichoke cream, chorizo, spinach and al ajillo. The five-course oyster dinner is set at $44 with wine & cocktail pairings for an additional $28.
